STANDARD LINE – PROFILE system

PROFILE system is a modern, energy-efficient system for the installation of window and door joinery that meets European standards for energy-efficiency.

The basic elements of the FRAME system are: Thermo-PROFILE, Thermo-WINDOWSILL – commonly known as “warm windowsill”, or Thermo-EXTENSION.
It is possible to use additional elements, such as Thermo-BEAM, which provides full thermal insulation within the lintel area when external roller shutters or facade blinds are installed.

PROFILE system can be used both in new buildings and old buildings during thermal modernization works.
The system is based entirely on a dedicated Thermo-PROFILE made of PVC filled with rigid polyurethane foam and a seal. Its specially shaped profile enables the creation of correct, tight and warm joints when windows and doors are fitted.
The installed system additionally improves the stability of the whole window.

Recommend additional tools

The entire system can be installed directly at the construction site. To facilitate the installation by professional installation teams, we recommend additional tools: EMO-CLIP1, EMO-CLIP2 . For assembly in production halls, we recommend the pneumatic EMO-CLIP.

EMO-CLIPs enable simple and secure installation of Thermo-PROFILE and Thermo-WINDOWSILL with the window frame.

The simplest tool for pressing the profile into is the EMO-BONE. All types of clipping tools are featured in this VIDEO.

Precision and safety URP

URP – Universal Positioning Spreader ensures precise and safe installation of a window with the Thermo-PROFILE system in the window opening. URP enables highly precise positioning of the window and securing it without using force and eliminates the necessity of using the problematic wedges.

PROFILE system is available in the varieties for the following profiles: VEKA, ALUPLAST, DRUTEX, SCHUCO, SALAMANDER, GEALAN, REHAU.
Possibility of FITTING to other profiles after sending the specification and verifying the solution.
