Thermo-PANEL

Thermo-PANEL is an element that fulfills the functions of thermal insulation and window’s circumferential seal.

Suitable for:

wooden windows and doors,
aluminum windows and doors,
PVC windows and doors.

Thermo-PANEL is the main element of the STROPEX EMO panel system. Tests at ITB confirmed the declared performance properties, allowing for use in energy-saving and passive construction. The increased rigidity of the window frame, obtained by mechanical connection with the Thermo-PANEL, significantly improves the statics of the entire window.

Thermo-PANEL is made on the basis of Thermo-PROFIL made of PVC material filled with hard polyurethane foam with closed chambers and equipped with a dedicated gasket. Moldings made of hard PUR foam, which have thermal insulation properties, go to the sides from the Thermo-PROFIL. An additional element in the internal fitting is the cladding, which is the initial finish of the surface of the window recess.

Properties:

Double legs – increase strength and allow for fixing joinery with system anchors in accordance with the relevant recommendations,
Click system – allows for easy, quick and stable attachment to the window frame,
The tightness of the connection is ensured by a special polyurethane gasket,
Materials: PVC (100% recycling – origin: window joinery), hard polyurethane foam with closed chambers, MgO cladding,
NOVELTY! composite panel cladding.

Thermo-PANEL is available in the varieties for the following profiles: VEKA, ALUPLAST, DRUTEX, SCHUCO, SALAMANDER, GEALAN, REHAU.
There is a possibility of fitting it to other profiles after sending the specification and verifying the solution.
